Grazie mille Silvia por tutti! This is the best place to stay of you are traveling to the beautiful town of Firenze. The rooms are BEAUTIFUL!! Impecable. We stayed at the room “Viola Florentino” i believe, and the room has everything you need and more. Spacious, really clean, has a kitchen a washer and a beautiful restroom as well. Sylvia welcomed us very warmly and with some gifts! <3 We walked everywhere from this location, even to the train station for our next stop! You cant pick anything better than this.

Staff was so kind and responsive. Walking distance to sights and train. We were able to wash all our clothes. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was a big plus.

-The location from tren station is 15 minutes walking distance, and very centric to all the sites! -The apartment welcome us with a typical Tuscany red wine -The apartment has coffee, and clothes detergent so you don’t need to buy yourself -The shower is really nice and comfortable, you can definitely enjoy a decent shower -The staff is very kind and helpful! -There is a reception at 0 floor, after check out you can leave your luggage to the storage room and continue your trip, very convenient!

The property was ideally located in between the Duomo and the Acadaemia, right in the heart of Florence. The staff were very accommodating and were able to offer an early check in. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with a small kitchen area with dishwasher and washing machine. The aircon worked very well and the room was extremely quiet (we faced into a small courtyard). We had a smaller room on the third floor and I’m sure that there are bigger rooms for increased prices to suit any budget. I would thoroughly recommend staying here and would do so again in a flash.

Very nicely and thoughtfully appointed! It had everything a visitor would need or look for. Especially appreciated having a washing machine and laundry detergent. No dryer but a drying rack was provided and it worked well. Having a kitchenette and a small table to eat at was very convenient. The kitchen was complete with cooking implements and dishes and silverware. The lady who let us in was very pleasant and professional. There was an information sheet with lists of grocery stores and other helpful information. There was even a complimentary bottle of wine.

The apartment is 3 minutes walking from the Duomo, and you even see it through the bedroom window when you wake up in the morning! The flat itself is very tastefully decorated in a modern style; super clean rooms, and it is so well designed that we never had to ask the host about anything. Very classy building entrance corridor and spacious elevator, all finished in Italian marble. When I come back to Florence I'm taking this flat without question.

The apartment is in a really great location, is very beautiful inside, and well appointed, and there is an elevator that goes right into the apartment, which is really convenient for moving the luggage in and out. The bathrooms were luxuriously appointed. Our 21- and 24-year old daughters loved the big bathtub in their bathroom (which had a mood light that changed colors), and it also had a shower. Their bathroom was like a mini-spa! The check-in went smoothly. The manager met us for check in and showed us the features of the apartment. The managers were very helpful overall and responded quickly to requests for more toilet paper and an extra blanket. They left us a bottle of wine to welcome us. Florence was starting to become very busy when we arrived (April 28), but the apartment is just far enough (about a 5-minute walk) from the Duomo for it to be less hectic at street level. Noise was not an issue. There is a view from windows and small balcony facing to the rear of the apartment of greenery/garden, which is nice in this urban setting.

Great location and great size of the room! The floors were heated!!! My in-laws stayed elsewhere and their room was puny! I thought that this going to look funky (the pictures online do not look as nice as it looks in person).

Owner Silvia is very nice we stay 2week for 1bedroom Our room is very beautiful with full kitchen also all room have washer so we bring minimum clothes and we wash everyday and we can pack full suits case for Italy shopping item we love Italy room is big ! And own elevator to going room everything nice and taxi is on time to pick me up 4am we have great time Florence art apartment Thank you very much Silvia we are planning to go back again !
